The executive team has been built to combine experience with complementary strengths and skill sets. Ultimate Leisure Division and Bel and the Dragon (Kevin Allcock) and The Living Room, which includes Prohibition (Danny Fox) are managed as autonomous trading units, but where it makes business sense to do so, support functions including Finance and IT are managed on a group basis.

The executive team meet on a monthly basis, and more frequently if required, to discuss investment, capital expenditure and operational issues, as well as to review financial and operating performance.
