Caroline joined the company in July 2006 as Commercial Director with responsibility for Purchasing, Marketing and Capital Expenditure.

Caroline has spent her professional life in purchasing, initially in the wholesale book arena. Six years with the Burton Group as a buyer were followed by the job of Purchasing Controller at Debenhams where she had responsibility for the group’s capital expenditure.

Caroline joined Yates as Purchasing Controller, where she was promoted to director after six months, and was later involved in the sale of Yates to Laurel and its subsequent integration which included the old SFI group. She was working with Laurel immediately before she joined Ultimate Leisure.
