We are an AIM listed leisure company and were incorporated in the UK in 1997. We have a diverse portfolio of over 50 bars, restaurants and clubs in the UK, as well as two hotels, The Waterside on Newcastle’s quayside and The Rex in Whitley Bay.

Our bars and restaurants trade under the names of The Living Room, Prohibition Bar & Grill and Bel and The Dragon.  Our individually named bars and clubs operate in many of the UK’s major towns and cities.
