The Living Room in Islington opened in May 2002, situated just off Upper Street on Essex Road.
The Living Room incorporates a large restaurant and bar area with a private dinning room seating up to 20 people called The Boardroom.
Eclectic, yet the focus remains on two broad types of cuisine. A section of 'Home Comforts' honour the gastro pub flavour. The second style suits those with more varied tastes; an elegant European / global fusion interspersed with fine British classics.
Frequent performances by guest acoustic musicians ensure a chilled and sophisticated atmosphere that compliments the cuisine and surroundings perfectly.
